Union Care Network is a nonprofit organization rooted in compassion, unity, and action. Founded to serve individuals and families facing hardship, our mission is to uplift lives, promote dignity, and strengthen communities through direct support and long-term empowerment.
We provide essential services like food distribution, housing assistance, mental health support, youth development, and community advocacy. But beyond services, we create a network of care—where every person is seen, heard, and valued.

What We Do
Building Resilient Communities
At Union Care Network, our programs are driven by compassion, equity, and a deep belief in the power of community. We serve individuals and families experiencing hardship by providing critical resources, supportive services, and pathways to long-term stability.
From distributing food and basic essentials to guiding people toward stable housing, mental wellness, education, and community leadership, our programs are designed to uplift those who need it most. But we don’t stop at aid — we advocate, educate, and empower. We build lasting relationships, support systems, and community-driven solutions that create real and lasting change.
Food & Essentials Distribution
We believe that no one should go hungry or go without basic necessities. Through our Food & Essentials Distribution program, we provide families and individuals facing hardship with access to fresh groceries, hygiene kits, diapers, clothing, and other vital items. Whether it’s through weekly food pantries, mobile distribution events, or emergency supply deliveries, we aim to bring dignity and relief to those in need.
Housing Support & Resources
Safe housing is a human right. Our Housing Support & Resources initiative connects individuals and families with services that prevent homelessness and promote long-term stability. We assist with rental assistance applications, emergency shelter referrals, housing navigation, and access to transitional housing programs. Our goal is to not only respond to immediate crises, but to help our community members find lasting, secure places to call home.
Mental Health & Wellness
Mental and emotional health are essential to well-being. Through our Mental Health & Wellness services, we provide access to support groups, stress-reduction workshops, wellness coaching, and referrals to licensed professionals. We create safe spaces for healing, growth, and connection—because no one should have to struggle alone.
Education & Youth Programs
Our Education & Youth Programs are designed to support academic achievement, build confidence, and inspire leadership among underserved children and teens. We offer tutoring, mentorship, after-school activities, and enrichment programs that help young people reach their full potential. We believe in equipping youth not just for school—but for life.
Community Empowerment
Change begins with community. Through our Community Empowerment efforts, we bring people together to raise awareness, promote advocacy, and drive solutions from the ground up. We host community forums, leadership trainings, neighborhood clean-ups, and collaborative events that give voice and power to those we serve.
